Join the ReFLEX Orkney Team: Customer Engagement Officer

ReFLEX Orkney has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Officer at its base in Hatston, Kirkwall. You will be part of a small team to deliver successful sales of electric vehicles across the county and UK wide.

ReFLEX Orkney is managed by Aquatera Ltd. and is now moving to the next stage of development. You will have an excellent track record in sales and retail experience. Knowledge of electric vehicles is not essential but would be an advantage.

ReFLEX (Responsive Flexibility) Orkney is a first-of-its-kind Virtual Energy System interlinking local electricity, transport, and heat networks into one controllable, overarching system. This post will focus on the transport aspect of the business, namely sales and leasing of new and used electric vehicles. The role may change over time to encompass other elements of the business.

We are looking for a quick learner with plenty of enthusiasm and initiative with retail experience.

You will have:
• First class customer service experience
• Good interpersonal skills to work with the public, partners and stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills
• An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• The ability to solve problems and seek creative solutions
• Promotion and sales capabilities
