Inga graduated in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Biology (Napier University) and in 1999 with an MSc in Environmental Management (University of Stirling). She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
Before returning to live in Orkney in 2004, Inga worked as the Environment Manager at the University of St Andrews. Prior to this, she worked for a Structural, Civil and Environmental Consultancy in Edinburgh, providing support mainly for the construction, telecommunications and electronics sectors. She also spent time with a local environmental consultancy in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors, before establishing IAB Sustainability Consultants. Inga provides technical and advisory support, and also event facilitation and training.
More recently, Inga has been project consultant for the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges Campus Sustainability Programme, responsible for its management and delivery of outputs.
