Catherine has worked in association with Aquatera since May 2012. She provides comprehensive support and management of environmental impact assessment for the renewables industry and specialised technical support on climate change mitigation, adaptation and strategic carbon management issues.
Cat graduated from Oxford University with a first class BA and has worked in environmental consultancy since 2003 after undertaking her MSc Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies at the Centre for Alternative Technology. Cat has a wide range of experience from managing and contributing to environmental impact assessments for renewable projects; to carbon footprinting, greenhouse gas emissions management and reporting; to green building and low carbon design advice and the use of climate change models to assess the risks from climate change and appropriate adaptation options. Cat has worked on projects from Hong Kong to Mexico, and Orkney to South Africa and has a passion for communicating environmental ideas and issues.
